Zip was brought in from the country and has now been neutered so is ready to go. He's friendly but we believe he's been mostly an outdoor farm cat, so a farm/barn situation would probably be a good home for Zip - provided there is a warm place to sleep and food and water regularly. He's a good sized cat who for the time being is on his own in a cat condo at the shelter.
