Lucy along with 3 other female siblings were found on the highway in a box south of Canoe Lake, seemingly abandoned! Someone found them and brought them to Meadow Lake to the shelter for safe keeping and re-homing. They are quite young yet - only likely 4-5 weeks old at intake. They are fostering in a home together with several other small, adult dogs and are doing well. Lucy is the smallest of her siblings. Her sisters are Sophie, Nelli and Roxie. We are unsure of their breeding so the primary and secondary breeds are just guesses.
Our dog adoption fee is $160 which includes spay/neuter, shot, rabies shot and microchip. With puppies that are not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption we also require a refundable spay/neuter deposit cheque of $300 (refundable after proof of surgery by an agreed upon date being presented to MLDHS%29.
